Slow breathing lowers blood pressure
After trying the samples on the “lower your blood pressure through spending 15 minutes a day doing slow breathing exercises” website it seemed to be showing positive results (i.e lower blood pressure) so I bit the bullet and bought the whole package ($47).
I must say, I am impressed. It’s a big download, some six cd’s of audio and three ebooks. But it was worth the 15 minute odd wait.
I did a 15 minute exercise last night and my blood pressure monitor read:
137 / 97 / 70 (systolic / dystolic /heartbeat per minute)
For me, someone who has had readings in the 190+ systolic for some months and have never had a dystolic reading below 100, that’s a big WOW!
On top of that there’s a bonus ebook from Kevin Riley called Get Natural – Drop Your Blood Pressure.
This book is well written, fun to read, and packed with a step by step 12 week programme to lower your blood pressure. I’m already on step one and am feeling the benefits.
So there you have it. I’ve got four programmes on the go after having purchased three of them with one thrown in as a bonus. I’m confidently on the road to healthy body, mind and blood pressure.
Let me repeat that: I’m confidently on the road to healthy body, mind and blood pressure.
You see, confidence is key in most things we pursue in life.
take care all,
let me know what you think

P.S. I almost forgot – here’s the link to the slow breathing website www.highbloodpressurehq.com – where you can check out their sample exerises.
