Leaving a comment on the high blood pressure dilemma
In response to:
http://www.blisstree.com/articles/treating-high-blood-pressure/
As a former sufferer of seriously high blood pressure (195 / 120) I’ve done a lot of research of the subject and am learning how to reduce it naturally and safely.
The former rule of thumb for OK systolic blood pressure was 100 plus your age – accepting that blood pressure naturally rises with age.
The new “one size fits all” rule of 120 / 80 is a little bizarre. Where did it come from? No one seems to know. Why has it been universally adapted over the past decade.
The only thing for sure is that international pharmaceutical companies distributing blood pressure lowering drugs are now enjoying a multi-billion dollar industry.
For more information and support on tackling high blood pressure outside the medico-pharmaceutical establishment come to my blog, http://highbloodpressurebegone.com have a read, leave a comment, contribute debate.
High blood pressure is too serious an issue to ignore.

Simon
P.S. Comments on this blog are monitored before posting. Interesting to see if they allow it to be public. My guess is – if they are in anyway affiliated to drug companies then it will go straight into the bin.

Hi Simon,
I assure you, no drug companies backing us at b5media or on Blisstree. Thank you for your comment.
