		<description>The good thing is, that according to my doc the chance of a medical/organic cause for HBP is minimal (10%?) and the causes listed in the comment above are the main drivers for HBP. Accepting and working on this will help you reducing blood pressure in the longer term, but the quick-fixes only come with medication. You don&#039;t go to a gym tonight and have 120/80 tomorrow :)</description>
