The “cd” you are referring to could be the slow breathing programme called Breatheasy, or it could be Christian Goodman’s three exercises, or it could be something else. You’d have to be more clear.
These programs are digital in nature and are downloaded to the computer. You can then burn them to a cd if you wish, although it’s usually simpler to play them on your computer.
