Introducing Kevin Riley, self-appointed “Powerful Life Guide” with an address in Japan. Yea right, I thought – another know it all!
But on examining his book I had to lay aside my natural scepticism. Kevin has created a great guide to follow (and mind you, I’m a very critical person so that statement means a lot). Why?
First of all, its a pleasure to read. His fun-loving friendly personality jumps right out of the page, puts his arm around you like a big brother, and lets you know that that you’re in good company.
Its an easy to follow, informative 12 week plan to lower blood pressure. By following its recommendations I’ve improved my overall well-being and it forms a significant component in lowering my blood pressure.
This is a wealth of information about diet, exercise and living good – complete with red wine and dark chocolate! I’m happy to endorse Get Natural! Drop Your Blood Pressure as the best guide to lowering blood pressure without the use of prescription medication (that I’ve tried so far).
