The High Blood Pressure Remedy Report

–  score: 9.5 out of 10

This report is a comprehensive compilation of natural remedies on high blood pressure. It touches on all aspects of natural remedies to lower blood pressure but lacks a clear guide for those asking – ‘ where do I start?

Low Pressure Sex by Frank Mangano (no longer available)

– score: 6.5 out of 10

This is guide covers in detail foods and dietary supplements that assist in lowing blood pressure. The bottom line regarding sex is that high blood pressure interferes with sexual performance … so lowering it should improve it.

It also comes with a sex counselling book for long-term monogamous couples ‘Couples Guide‘ and ‘5 Libido Killers’. (But there’s nothing in there that you wouldn’t hear if you listened to Opera regularly.)

I have knocked points off the score because in my opinion it lacks a clear plan to lower BP. For example, the ‘sixty day plan’ consists of mainly blank spread sheets you are supposed to fill in yourself. I would have expected more.

Get Natural! Drop Your Blood Pressure

– score: 9.5 out of 10

Kevin Riley’s 12 week program to lower your blood pressure without the use of prescription medications is a both an informative and enjoyable guide on blood pressure lowering food. The author is no monk or stale academic – he brings the subject of good eating and healthy food alive.

If you love food, and love to eat – this guide is for you. You’ll learn new ways to enjoy food, develop new tastes – and your blood pressure will drop as a consequence.

Update: Unfortunately Get Natural! is no longer available. But fortunately my partner and I have written our own step-by-step guide to lowering your blood pressure naturally!

It’s even more comprehensive than Kevin Riley’s, and is up-to-date with all the latest research. It covers everything you need to know and do – from how to enjoy eating and drinking in a way that’ll lower your blood pressure, to being more active, and learning how to de-stress and really relax… for a healthier – and happier – life. With lower blood pressure.

Breatheasy slow breathing exercises

– score: 9 out of 10

If you need to drop your blood pressure by 10 points fast (like today) then BreathEasy slow breathing exercises will do it. Just 15 to 30 minutes of doing these exercises will result in a significant drop in your blood pressure. I would not have believed it until I tried it myself.

Mind you, doing one or two slow breathing exercises is not a permanent fix, nor is it the only natural method you should consider if you suffer from very high blood pressure.

However slow breathing exercises have a cumulative effect over time and combined with good diet and physical exercise you should be able to get your blood pressure back to healthy levels without the need for medication.

Update: BreathEasy is no longer available but I have made my own audio tracks for guided slow breathing – you can listen to some samples here:
